How do I find out the value of?
I've come into some old Collectible Sports Memorabilia and need to know how to find out what it is valued at. Can anyone help me with this? ie: autographed pictures of players etc.
If there's a sports memorabilia dealer/store nearby, you could start there. They'd have more information themselves or refer you to an appaiser or know somebody who might be interested. If there aren't any dealers or stores close enough, give them a call and describe what you have. If the stuff you have is valuable, some appraisers might travel to you if they also consider it valuable and think it's worth their time to check it out. Either way, get a few appraisels before you decide to sell. You don't want to get cheated.
