I'm writing a business plan, and I need to know traits including income size, type of business/occupation; how far away from your business is to my customer, and what the customer is looking for. I also want demographic information about your target market including population size, income demographics, level of education, etc.

I owned a sports card and memorabilia shop in So Cal for 19 years and cannot answer your question other than they will find you if you have what they want. Settle in a residential area if you want kids coming to your shop within bicycle distance.
