Which one do you consider the best/hottest actress or do you have another actress, not listed, as your favorite actress....?
There is a BIG difference between being one of the "best" actresses, versus being one of the "hottest" actresses. For example, a lot of people think Lindsay Lohan is hot (UGH! if you think skinny and slutty is hot), but she is not particularly good at acting.
Personally, the only woman on this list whom I think is a very good actress AND is exceptionally beautiful, is Natalie Portman. She truly has it all! 
Plus I hear she's very down-to-earth and nice, too.
P.S. Two actresses not on this list, whom I'd like to add, are Alison Lohman and Amanda Peet.
