White Ink Tattoos??
Does anyone have one of these?? Do you know a website I can visit to view more pictures other than Lindsey Lohan? Thanks!!
I actually wanted to get one on my wrist and asked a lot of tattoo artists about it, but… none of them recommended it. I live in the Phila. area and there area lot of experienced and talented tattooists here, still no one said they’d do it. Of course you’ll find an artist who probably will do whatever you want. It’s your body and money right? Just really ask about their look and longevity first. That’s what I was warned against. They said that not only could it become yellow over time, it probably would fade to almost nothing and I’d have to keep getting it retouched. Have you ever seen anyone with white in their tattoos (like a highlight color)? After a few years, you don’t even see the white anymore.
I went with a really light gray instead. The tattooist added water and a silver to the black ink to do it. I am really happy with it, it’s barely noticeable to anyone not looking close up right at it either. That was my concern with a tattoo on my wrist. I didn’t want it to ‘jump out’, especially at work.
