Do men fantasize about other women during sex?
Some guy told me that all men fantasize about Megan Fox while having sex LOL A kind of funny comment, but really disturbing at the same time. So do men really fantasize about other women WHILE having sex with your girlfriend, fiance, wife, etc? Even if you find her very beautiful? It seems like a thing a guy would do if he isn't too attracted to his partner anymore, so his mind wanders.
These answers are so disturbing lol is no one satisfied completely with their partners anymore that they feel the need to fantasize even while having sex. So gross.

But maybe people who aren't in love can do this, or people who don't find their partners very attractive, like you said.But as far as I know, plenty of people have relationships of which they are completely happy, and don't need to have little fantasys.
