how to get rid if chiken legs!!!?
i really would love to know how to get great legs instead of having chiken legs, also i would prefer to have a bigger butt...please leave a well planned workout or any diet advice!what i want is a well porportioned body that looks hot like megan fox...i dont want no paris hilton stick body..my only concern is my lower body.

To get rid of the chicken legs you are going to have to eat more than you do now, significantly more in fact. You could do that without exercise but then you would only be laying down fat which won't give a proprtioned body. Light cardio in the form of brisk walking for 45 minutes 3 days a week if you dont already have some regular exercise in your life. The most important 20 minutes of strength training 3 days week every second day. This will build muscle which will start to give your legs a little more size but don't forget about the rest of your body as well. Work all parts.
Stock standard, drink plenty of water (8x 8oz glasses), get plenty of sleep and avoid hollow calories such as candy, soda, added sugar and trim most fat from meats etc. You will need roughly the equivilant of one extra meal a day about (500 calories) as you are looking to put on up to 1lb per week. It takes a little bit of balancing to get the food/workout balance spot on but if you are gaining between 1/2 to 1lb a week that is near perfect. Adjust your cardio or food slightly to go up or down.
