And she will not be in jail for 90 days , she will be out by aug 1 or 2 that is what the news said . The judge told her when she gets out the she must go to rehab in 24 hours not in 2 days . The other thing she needs to do is to stop smoking and hanging out with Paris Hilton , tara Reid and others who likes to do drugs . She told Her Father to get away from me ( she didn't even look at him when she was walking to the Court house ) . The only thing she needs to do when she gets out of jail is to come out as a different girl . So she will be fine .
