Where can I find appraisals for my collectables?
For example: 1951 Zenith radio, 1950s ceramics, Avon perfume bottles.
you can always try a museum or major gallery. if not an auction house maybe the best place. if you are in the Los Angeles area, there is Christie's and Bonhams and Butterfield. if in new york, you can go to Sotheby's. you may want to check out their website. they auction house may refer you to an appraiser.
