Have a question or two about trying to get a celeb Autograph...?
I'm a huge fan of Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter) and I want an autographed picture of him. I feel REALLY stupid asking this, but do you ask for a picture? or do you send one and have them send it back? But anyway say my letter got read, does he read his fan mail do workers sign stuff for him? If his mail is signed by workers, is there a polite way to say I only want Tom's autograph and not a fake one?
Celebrity fan mail usually never reaches the actor/actress. His/Her angency reads the letter and "sometimes" responds to them, depending on how popular the actor/actress may be. Your best chance is to go on ebay and try to find a real autographed picture. I got lucky when I sent a fan letter and drawing to The Click Five band. A few months later, I got a postcard with all their signatures on it.
