is it just me, or does "Hot Topic" suck now?
does anyone remember bout 10yrs ago when it use to be more dark/goth and alot more cooler as opposed to trendy and childish now? it's like anyone shops there now and when i actually see something i like i'm afraid to even buy it cuz i know i'll see other people with it! what happenned to the gothic dresses and the corsets and stuff. Now its all stupid movie/game memorabilia and joke t-shirts (i thought tht's what Spencer's for?!) and what's with the whole world dressing "punk rock" now?!
i personally am not "punk", and never was. i'm more into goth (there is a difference!) since before it became a trend! but what bothers me is that the same people that f***ked with me in high school for having purple hair or wearing combat boots, are the same people now getting all the piercings and wearing studded belts and skulls! it makes me sick!
trust me sweetie, the whole world definitely does NOT dress "punk rock" right now. ick
